I’m a Ukrainian choreographer, improvisation mentor, and professional dancer with two decades of experience in the world of movement.

    Perfect. This marathon is your safe, guided entry into the world of improvisation. You don’t need to “know how”, you just need curiosity, a body, and 10 minutes a day.

  • What if I miss a day or I’m too busy?
